Picked this property specifically because had indoor pool and hot tub for getaway from freezing winter weekend break but pool dirty cool and leaking went to get in hot tub it was an ice plunge instead. Spoke with front desk who informed us it was out of order and stated they didn’t understand why management wouldn’t at least put up a sign to warn people. Next morning requested to speak to manager but was told she was in an interview and would call me but apparently to busy to reach out to offer any consideration for the deficiency in the property.
