Great facilities, very clean, enjoyed our 1 night stay for football game, very convenient location to stadium. Only complaint is all the restaurants had to be accessed via casino and anyone under 21 cannot enter even to get food only. We had a 19 year old in our group and was unable to eat onsite, had to get uber and travel outside hotel. Lady monitoring casino entrance on 10/24/25 evening was little rude by grabbing the arm of our 19 year old to escort out as we were trying to get info on places to eat, just wasn't necessary and slightly inconvenienced, maybe restaurants should have had another entry point for those other families looking only to eat.

Inspite of asking for Room Refresh at Check in, we returned to our room after Night one with no Refreshing...no clean towels :-(. Called Front Desk and clean towels were delivered and literally placed in the bathroom--no refreshing....remainder of 3 nights were much better but shouldn't have to ask twice! Casino has TOO MANY smoking areas and not a healthy place to frequent.... :-(.

Always a great stay! Staff is super friendly and the property is clean. The perk of valet/self parking is a huge bonus although check before booking, I noticed there are times that the parking isn’t free. Lovely breakfast buffet included with stay. The only downfall is there are no later night dining options. If you are returning from an event after 11, plan accordingly. I’ve visited with my spouse and again with my teen daughter. Felt very safe staying there with her. Train station very close as well.

This is a lovely room with a beautiful view. Some vegan options for breakfast would be helpful. So would an easier way to get to the parking garage without going through the casino. But overall a great experience and we'll stay there again!!
