Glad I was able to check in early to minimize the worry of checking in late. It was fine for my brief one night stay. There was some noise - sounded like maintenance drilling something at midnight - I was too tired and slept through it.

I didn't like that when I arrived I had to have my id and a credit card or debit to have for security. When I was told to grab my id I walked out to my car to get it when I came back in I was then told I needed a card to go on file with money on it. Wasn't sure why that wasn't told to me the first time instead of making me go back out a second time. It just seemed like a inconvenience.

The staff were friendly and the shuttle driver was awesome. It’s a comfortable room and has the basic setup, which is all we needed.

NO HOT WATER, WIFI or TV - NO Bill adjustment.

Check in was great. Saturday night there was no TV, phone or wifi service and it did not return until some time in the early morning. There was zero hot water on Sunday morning so I could not shower and shave before leaving for my early morning departure. I requested my bill be adjusted but they would not. Will not return to this hotel on my next trip to Pittsburgh.

This hotel is not well maintained. The ice room was pitiful, broken crumbled base boards and no ice over holiday weekend. The carpet needs washed or better yet replaced and the room smelled of urine. Basically a stinky stay although the bed is still comfy, i wont stay here again. There are nicer less expensive places.
