The hotel is right off of I 76, so we thought it'd be good but the only good thing was the location. After we got inside the bldg it was the worst place we have ever stayed and such a nightmare! First, only one elevator for the whole place that didnt always work! No kitchen supplies, as advertised, no washclothes or hand towels.. Only the big bath towels and you had to turn the dirty ones in to get another clean one. No ice. Dirty rooms. Keys to rooms didnt always work. No hot water in the sink and water pressure very very low. And last but not least, the worst handicapped accessible room ever!!! We are seeking legal advice. It was aweful! The grab bar came right out of the wall. When going to use the toilet my paralyzed son grabbed the grab bar. It came out of the wall and fell onto the floor where it remained, plaster and all, from Friday til Sunday. Only by the grace of God we all got out of there ok. I had my family there, (more than one room) and no availability anywhere or we would have left there. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! I would pray for the staff because the manager wasn't even available and certainly doesnt care about them or the customers...This was the worst hotel ever!!

The room was anything but premier or sweet. The beds were not full sized queens. Fine for 2 small kids, but too cozy for 2 teens or adults. The "clean" room had trash and dirt on the floor. The kitchen needs a range instead of hotplate and much more ventilation. You can smell everything everyone was cooking. Supposed to be nonsmoking, but you can smell cigarettes and weed. Very disappointing.

LOVED THE ROOM, VERY SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE! WAS GLAD I BROUGHT MY OWN BREAKFAST BECAUSE THE GRAB AND GO WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY FOR THE 3 NIGHTS WE STAYED, ONLY THING AVAILABLE WAS COFFEE! WOULD HAVE LOVED A COFFEE MAKER IN MY ROOM! FRONT DESK STAFF COULD BE A LITTLE MORE ATTENTIVE! OVERALL HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND WILL STAY HERE AGAIN!

Everything's close by. There's a mcdonald's right down the road. Eat parks right beside McDonald's.Walmart's right down the street. There's a hot dog place. You could get hot dogs.

I had to dust the furniture as there was a layer of dust above beds. There was trash left in the kitchen and the furniture was old an beat up. I had time before picking my cousin up from the airport, so I drove home and got cleaning products, area rugs, and throw blankets to make the couch comfortable. I also rearrange the sitting area to make it more user friendly. There was no back for the tv remote.

The person checking us in was on the phone with his mother while checking us in. We were not sure if he was talking to us or his mother. There were men staying there that were drinking alcohol and yelling in the halls and banging on door all night until 6 am. I was told 80% of the rooms were extended stays and it was Saturday night and they were not working. That is no reason for noise all night long!
