Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room was fine. The check-in attendant was very nice and helpful.I chose this because of the great reviews about breakfast. However, when we checked in she made it clear that it would be a “cold” breakfast and would be available until 9. We showed up at breakfast at nine just hoping to grab some things since it was just a “cold breakfast” and we were scolded by the breakfast attendant. She said it was “shut down and if we had a problem with it, we could talk to the manager”. We didn’t say a word to her just looked surprised because we thought we might just grab something quick off the cold bar. She was unnecessarily rude. It was almost like she was looking for a confrontation. The hallway floor on the fourth floor seemed to be a little off kilter with a giant hump underneath the carpet. There were french fries in the floor of the hallway as well as some other trash. It looked like it hadn’t been swept for a while. This hotel also has a park and fly option. I would hate to have my car sitting in the parking area during a snowstorm just to get back after a long flight and have to dig it out from the 2 feet of snow that the snow plow had piled up against every car.
