Pros- clean, parking on site, walkable to many attractions. Not exactly cons, more annoyances- The check in and checkout instructions could be made more clear. Mattresses are quite firm. Only 1 set of bathroom toiletries were provided for 2 bathrooms.

Perfect Penthouse!!
This was the PERFECT choice for us. Walkable to everything - we walked to the Convention Center and back several times (volleyball tourney), walked to Acrisure Stadium (Steelers tour), and to PNC Park (Pirates Game) — never had to drive the entire time. Endless food / coffee options outside the front door. Some construction going on in Market Sq but once it’s done it will be gorgeous. And the UFC Gym is in the same building - free to guests - we used it every day! It has everything you could want in a gym and more (cryotherapy, etc). If we had stayed at any of the nearby hotels, we would have needed 2 rooms for 3 nights on a holiday weekend and it would have cost more . Instead, we had a gorgeous apartment with all the comforts of home, secure free parking, and endless convenience. Would definitely stay again, what a fun weekend by the River!!
