The room was clean, and the pools were nice — one heated and one regular, which was a good touch. However, the front desk experience was disappointing. Mohammed and Saanch were excellent, but Cathie and the rest of the staff came across as quite rude. There was no breakfast offered, and overall, the stay didn’t feel like a 5-star experience. I’d rate it closer to a 3-star.

Breakfast wasn’t free but delicious choices and good prices with a seat looking out at the lake. Exercise room was adequate, and I enjoyed the «  sauna » which is really a steam room. My family enjoyed having 2 king beds. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room service menu very limited, would be great if we could order restaurant menu meals for room service. Sauna was a little tired. But all-in-all, great experience. Sandro provided excellent service, way beyond normal. Much appreciated. Even though there were 2 weddings sound isolation was very good. Would definitely go back again. Poor check in. They put my card through several times and it was declined. My step daughter had the same problem with her card. The reception person finally used their white card reader and everything was working. There was absolutely no apology given for the incident.

The only fly in the ointment was that the washroom in the pool area was really unclean. However, I alerted a staff member to this, and it was cleaned up immediately! Lovely space, surrounded by nature. Very good quality hotel!

The place is stunning. Beautiful, functional. It was just one of the best experiences. Also on staff side, they had Sandro, who not only exceeded expectations helping with everything but also a great hearted person. Only suggestion I leave is to improve the time of the fitness room and breakfast, when working we usually have to be on the road before 7am - so this would (very sadly) limit another stay for me.
