Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
So I pre paid for 55.00 dollars for the hotel then the app said when you arrive the hotel will only collect 27.00 and some change for the remainder amount when you go to the hotel. So I show the screen shot on Expedia to the front desk. He says well that will be additional 150.00 plus the remaining amount owed. Now I use this site alot and always scroll down to the page that says deposit or not and nothing was placed on Expedia the app said only the remaining amount is what the hotel is to take. So luckily we had the hwy robbery hold of 150.00 for the deposit. Then we go to the room and it's so so basic the beds in the room are not back friendly. The only thing I can say it was the front desk fault he was super polite. But other then that deposit hold of 150.00 is a little high. You expect people to gamble in your establishment. I won't be coming back...niether my family or friends. A business that doesn't trust their guest doesn't deserve my money at all. Back to ameria star I go.
