Location is really nice as it is very walkable to the Island center. The hotel rooms are smaller in size than photo show it and For the most part the staff is nice and helpful, however when my family and I arrived at the hotel after traveling 10 hours of driving and to be told it is not 4:30pm you cannot get in your room. We arrived at the hotel at 1:30pm so we were not asking to be able to get in the room 5 to 8 hours prior to 4;30pm and the desk clerk had an attitude. Yes I was tired from driving but if the desk clerk would have showed an ounce of empathy it would be different and the rating would be different but since our stay started out poor the overall satisfaction was the reason for a poor rating.

The staff were great. It was clean. Location was perfect for the things we were doing. My only complaint would be the bed was extremely firm. I would not recommend for someone who needs a plush bed.

Nice reasonable hotel in Pigeon Forge! No frills, clean and comfy but not high class hotel! Perfect for budge minded people! Breakfast was okay …no sweets ( donuts or pastries) and no juice other than orange!

Staff were attentive, hotel lobby was more clean than last year when I stayed at Tru here. Love that there’s a Peloton in fitness room!! 💕💕💕 Breakfast could have healthier choices !! The plants at front door really need attn….several trees were dying! Parking was well lit—-but my sister met me from her home in Murfreesboro so we had 2 cars, but couldn’t get 2 parking passes?!!! We had to park her car at my daughter’s RV Park ….pretty silly!!
