Very easy check-in. Very nice apartment. Comfy beds. Hot tub was a hit! Centrally located to everything in Pigeon Forge. No traffic noise. Would ABSOLUTELY stay again.

This is a great place to stay in a very convenient location. I wish we could have stayed longer! We had plenty of room for my kids and myself to relax and enjoy our weekend. The recreation room was fun too.

The room was nice. There were a few things that needed attention. The beds aren't very comfortable, when you're there for several nights. The upstairs bathroom shower is was very loose. Overall, it was a very nice and easy to find place.

Terribly unresponsive staff. Never followed up on many a call regarding a few items left behind by mistake…def did that on purpose. “Voicemail full” You get what you pay for!

There was no one working at the registration desk and I was unable to check in. I spent 1.5 hrs calling a number posted number in the office to check in. After 20 plus calls to multiple numbers I had to pay for other lodgings. Very poorly run! I would definitely not recommend!
