Booking the pool was very inconvenient. The sauna and steam room weren’t running. The fire alarm went off at 1am, false alarm, waking the building. Security guards were unnecessarily rude and targeting to some of our group members.

Not bad, not the best.

The baseboard in washroom as scuffed and damaged and this is the separate stay with this. The shower although large just has a shower head so far up the wall any person of normal height can’t even reach to adjust. The shower hardware is useless and dated. Should be far superior for a new hotel. The tv has zero real channels, just Samsung tv plus with tv shows from 1980. No Netflix or apps, no paid options. Pushing you into the casino for having nothing to do in the room. Was nice to be able to open a window for fresh air. Comfortable beds, pillows and fluffy duvets. Spacious room. Super loud outside or our room as we could hear smokers all night below our room.

They put us between hockey families with kids running up and down the halls visiting rooms. There was an accident in the pool due to all the kids so the pool was closed for cleaning. It was still closed three days later when we checked out. How long does that take? The thermostat on the room was broken so we were cold. The fridge had a bad compressor which was too noisy to use. We came to the hotel to swim, stay warm since it was a cold snap, and keep our drinks cold so it was a bust
