When my fiance and I arrived to the Indigo Hotel we were met with a delicious welcome drink and a refreshing scented and cooled towel. The check in process was a breeze and everyone we interacted with at the hotel were so nice, professional, helpful and happy! Our room was fabulous, large, clean, great city views and there was free parking for our scooters. We plan on coming back and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Patong.

Very good hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating when it came to changing rooms. Our original room faced the street and was quite loud at night, but they quickly moved us to a room on the opposite side of the building, and we slept peacefully after that. We stayed for nine nights, and the room was cleaned daily to a high standard, with coffee and towels replenished each day. The only minor blemish was that upon checkout, they asked if I had taken a coffee spoon LOL (I hadn’t!). Overall, a great place to stay. Just try to secure a room away from the main street, as it can get quite lively at night.

Excellent hotel, good location, a really warm welcome and the room was absolutely delightful. Lots of really nice touchrs. Only criticism would be the lack of drawer space.

Nice hotel room with street views and within walking distance to beach and town center. Rooms were clean and the restaurant provided an excellent menu and choice for breakfast.
