I arrived at reception and they gave me a room with two beds when I had reserved one with a king-size bed and a mountain view. I went back to reception and they told me that they only had that room with two beds available. Then they gave me one with a king-size bed, but without the mountain view. The bed smelled bad, the pillows, everything smelled bad.

We had some issues when we first arrived but Deionne, the manager, helped us and was also friendly, kind, accommodating and so sweet when it was me who had made the mistake. I also want to shout out the driver, Rakan, he was so helpful and attentive. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The downs are the ladies at the front desk were fairly rude and not helpful and the food at the sports bar was not good at all.
