The property is nice, on the golf course in fountain hills. The pool is literally right along the restaurant which is odd. The front desk clerk was not friendly and a bit off putting. The restaurant staff was fabulous. The food was good but a little pricey. Overall the stay was good but this place really needs updating. The jacuzzi tub is quite old and discolored and the carpet was very stained.

The property was very outdated. No streaming on the TV. Fridge is too small for really anything. VIP was a bottle of wine, but we don’t drink. Definitely needs some upgrades!

The Inn at Eagle Mountain was lovely. If you are seeking a quiet place to relax, make your reservations. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting relatives in nearby Fountain Hills. Traffic was generally light and it was easy to get around. Very scenic at the Inn and we enjoyed the patio at our room. Nice sized room.

The king suite was okay. Relatively clean but a little outdated, especially the bathroom. Our wifi in our room didnt work so I had to go to the office and was told that they thought it was fixed. Not a big deal I downloaded a book and left. However while I was there I could hear a bunch of children yelling and playing in the pool and surrounding area. There were adults staying at the hotel including us that would have loved to use the pool and have some peace and quiet. Then the staff mentioned that not all the kids were guests. So we decided not to use the pool since it never quieted down. To me a resort is quiet and comfortable with well behaved children. This property should not be listed as a resort!

The setting and property are beautiful and some rooms probably have great views, but we were very disappointed after booking over four months in advance, to get a ground floor room (111) with a view of nothing but a large shrub. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice little fireplace, but the room was dated (I’d guess, mid-80’s), and we got a ADA room (which we did not request), and it felt like a hospital bathroom. Amenities are cheap and few, flimsy plastic cups, styrofoam coffee cups, no free water bottle, no robes, you must ask front desk for pool towels and then get strict instructions to return your pool towel when done to the front desk (why, no reason given), just felt like they are selling themselves as a luxury resort but providing minimal amenities. If you want your room cleaned you must request it, but no one tells you this. A helpful note in the room about this would be nice. The pool and hot tub were empty, due to it being chilly, but were lovely and we enjoyed. Front desk staff varied widely, some staff were helpful, friendly and one in particular somewhat rude. The setting is stunning and landscaping is very nicely done but something was not up to standards of a 200/night establishment.

The property is located in a beautiful area surrounding Phoenix, with wonderful views it offers peace and peace of mind. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant are friendly and the service is excellent. I would recommend it and will return.
