If you’re looking for a basic, simple place to stay, this hotel is it. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. Convenient location. We were in town for a wedding and didn’t spend much time in the room. Would likely stay here again.

The premise feels grimy and cleanness is not the first priority. The pictures that accompany this property must be old because they are very misleading. Someone passed away in a room down the hall, which was challenging to shield from our child. It felt as if staff were irritated with guest requests to access the pool or needing assistance during breakfast. The pool and hot tub were not well maintained and by the end of our stay, the smell of the water from the hot tub was so foul that we got out shortly after getting in. Also, there is no fitness center, even though there are pictures and mention as an amenity. It’s a very noisy property, being near an airport, but also because of how the hallways are set up. Cleaning carts, luggage racks, and people moving around constantly made it very difficult to sleep. The walls pop and crack and you can hear everything from your neighbors through the walls.

Not happy

The hotel was under major renovations so I gave it a lower score. The elevator was so noisy which was unsettling & offered no comfort for being in an enclosure. The bathroom was just basic. The bed was comfortable and the best part! At breakfast they ran out of eggs, yogurt and most muffins. It was in the middle of their breakfast hours. The staff said they didn’t get their scheduled delivery the prior 2 days and had no intention of getting more supplies for the breakfast I came to. Again that’s why I gave low stars.

No. Just no.

This was NOT a great experience. Did I feel safe? No. Was the room clean? No. Did my teenage son get traumatized by a coroner coming to remove a dead body? Yes. Did management care or try to be discreet while removing said dead body? No. Did management respond in a timely fashion to discuss the issues? No. Will I ever recommend this hotel to anyone? No.

The hotel is undergoing renovations and the outside was dusty and dirty (to be expected). I did not see any work taking place in the 6 days I was there. My bed linens were dirty, Housekeeping was at the room next door, but refused to help and told me to go to the desk. The bed had a dirty white duvet that had been covered with flat sheets to conceal its filth. The fitted sheet was directly on the stained mattress w/no mattress pad/protector beneath it. I took all to the front desk and had them replace with clean linens, plus a mattress pad and I remade the bed myself. The room had been remodeled and although it was sufficient everything in the room was Amazon quality. They would do better with quality furnishings that will last longer. The lamps were leaning, the clothes cupboard was lopsided, the coffeepot couldn't punch the Keurig pod without tearing it. The safe was set onto of the mini-fridge in the corner of the room, with nothing keeping someone from carrying it out if they wanted it. The floors were dirty. Dust would blow in under the door and you could not walk around without your feet getting dirty. I wore slippers and also kept a towel on the floor next to the bed to put my feet on. The shower had very low water pressure and rinsing off shampoo or soap was not easy. The front desk staff was great and very accommodating. The breakfast was meager and the food attendant was usually in back on her phone. I always had to ask for OJ, Milk or Coffee to be refilled etc.

If you are sensitive to light, do not stay in room 225. The light shines through. Everything else was great. Nice staff and comfy beds

The bathroom looked dirty and no ventilation in the bathroom. The rooms are dark and pillows sink when you rest your head on them. The front desk person was not pleasant and seem to have attitude. I will never stay there again.

The property was very good for what we wanted to do in the area. We would have to say that the room was fine except that it had a few maintenance and cleanliness issues. The bed was extremely comfortable. The pool area was very nice but again, cleanliness was an issue. A very wonderful staff, especially the young man who came to fix the desk chair! We would certainly stay here again.

Surprisingly peaceful

We don't travel often, so operating some of the hotel features (e.g. climate control unit, large screen television) was challenging for us. We appreciated the staff's patience in guiding us through to comfort. It was a surprisingly peaceful stay in a busy urban area.
