The house is absolutely beautiful! Very clean, spacious and great amenities. The only issue we had was finding the lockbox for the key. We were not given good directions on that. We will definitely be staying here again!

1. Charged for heated pool which never warmed. (Please refund)2. Hot tub not hot3. Shower did not work main floor 4. Overall lack of response to issues/poor communication. Seemed to be an AI generated response or a 3rd party response when the above issues were repeatedly submitted via VRBO chat.
