Needs updating. Furniture was beat up. Room had a foul odor…perhaps from shower drain. Breakfast was powdered eggs and lukewarm sausage links or patties. Always running out of coffee. Hot plate didn’t keep food warm. Hard to believe it’s part of the Hyatt properties.

I did not like that i could not get coffee easily at 5:30a.m. before my flight. No lights on where coffee is kept. Breakfast starts at 7 but coffee should be available sooner. The pool area is in sad shape. Broken chairs/reclining ones. Coming from WI 68/70 and sunny in January is relaxing by the pool time. The pool was very disappointing.

Great Location
Great location, wonderful customer service, nice spacious rooms, comfy bed. Bathroom feels a bit dated but it is not a deal breaker. Walking distance to Old town Scottsdale. Good complimentary breakfast.

The hotel is very old, a little run-down. Shower was slow to drain, bathroom door was very worn out and chipping. Carpets were dirty and trash was on the floors and on tables near elevators everyday of our stay.
