Room was clean and staff friendly. Would have been nice to know of the major remodel going on. Down to only one elevator for guests as the crew was using the other one. Location to Old Town was fantastic though.

Great stay!! Lobby and elevators area was under construction, but the beautiful rooms made up for any inconvenience. So spacious, modern and nice! We are looking forward to stay here again! Very friendly staff.

We were not provided with the room we booked. The front desk staff across the board ranged from indifferent to rude. There was construction taking place throughout the downstairs that was not disclosed when we booked. The only good things were the location and the manager Kaitlin. I would not stay here again, there are plenty of other options in Old Town. Very surprised as I've stayed at Hyatt's for over 25 years.

Had a great stay, Hyatt never fails. Only reason for a 4 star rating and not a 5 star was because they were doing renovations and I could hear impact drills going off at 7am. I know if it wasn’t for that we would’ve had a perfect stay. Room, restroom, bed was clean and it was in a great location. Definitely recommend after they finish renovations lol

Checked in late and the room that I had paid for with a king bed wasn’t available and was given two double beds. Having to deal with Expedia to cancel the reservation was absolutely no help and we ended up staying anyway. The staff were great. There was construction going on so there was no gym. All in all it was fine but would have liked what I paid for. Next time I will book direct and not use Expedia.

Hotel is under renovation and it was not mentioned on the website. Also I booked a king room and ended up with a two bed. They’re telling us there’s no king bed available. My husband has a broken arm and that’s why we needed the largest bed.

The hotel was under renovation and the elevators were not always working. This information was not shared prior to my arrival. One elevator was filthy dirty with card board taped everywhere. Construction materials were in the hallways. The cleanliness of common areas like hallways was not acceptable and filthy. There was an undesirable odor as well. The staff were nice as could be given the circumstances.

Under major construction - no front door, no lobby, elevator was a scary mess and the pool was not open. Hyatt blamed Expedia for not telling me that the hotel was under major construction! Hyatt should not have rented rooms while this construction was going on. Profit before your customers comfort. Ruined our trip.
