We enjoyed our stay. It is in a great location with comfortable accommodations that is close to parks and shopping. The host was tremendously responsive to our questions. While the pool heat was not working when we arrived, we were impressed how quickly the host sent someone out problem-solve the issue. Comfortable alternative to hotel for family visit

Sold out and high priced hotels lead us to VRBO alternative for a spontaneous visit to family nearby . Having a clean, comfortable home to share ended up being superior to separate hotel rooms. The neighborhood was convenient for our needs, although not as appealing as a resort would be for a vacation experience. Owner was readily available by text, and house is in good condition. We appreciated the professionalism in how house is presented and managed.

Lovely Property in a Sweet Neighborhood

We loved this home and will definitely book it again for our next visit to Scottsdale. The yard and patio were perfect for relaxing and playing with our dogs and we enjoyed our walks throughout the neighborhood. This was our third VRBO rental in the last 15 months -- the first two were in Del Mar, CA -- and this Scottsdale home was, by far, the cleanest and had the best furnishings. Highly recommend!

The home is in a quiet well kept neighborhood and is close to Kierland shopping and restaurants. We were there during the extreme heat, so too hot to use the outdoor space but stayed very comfortable inside. Janet’s quick response and the instructions made it easy for us once we arrived. Oasis in the desert

We enjoyed our long weekend at this lovely home, despite the Scottsdale temps being over 110 degrees. The pool was nice and the back yard was private, quiet and fun for the doggies. Cable television on all 3 TVs was a plus. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all that we needed. Communication with the property manager was perfect. One note for future stays: the chandelier in the living room is quite low. If you are more than 5 feet tall, don't stand up from the couch too fast without looking! We hung a clothes hanger from it as a reminder. Haha! All in all a wonderful, relaxing stay and we hope to return.

Perfect Summer Getaway

This was our third time staying at this home and it won’t be our last. The location is fantastic for us. 7 minutes to Desert Ridge shopping and entertainment area, as well minutes to local stores should you need to pick up last minute supplies. The home has a well stocked kitchen with most anything that you will need. The star of the house for us was the pool area. The water temperature was perfect for the typical Phoenix summer heat.
