• No parties or events - $250 Penalty
• Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement
• Extra guest fee/special event (if approved) - $35/person over the occupancy limit
• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM: early check-in $75 (approval by host required)
• Check-out is 11:00 AM or earlier: late check-out $75 (approval by host required)
• Quiet hours is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
