This beautiful home has all the amenities of a luxury resort except that it's all yours! 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it can sleep up to 17 guests (18 with the rollaway bed). The main floor has a huge open concept, making it easy to cook, dine, and sit with everyone. The spacious backyard has a unbelievable private swimming pool, and its own putting greens! Private gate on the property takes you right to beach volleyball courts, picnic and BBQ enclosures, an enhanced children’s playground, and a basket ball court! We supply enough consumables for your 3 day stay. Anything beyond three days, will be the responsibility of the guest to provide. All TVs in the home are smart TVs, and you can bring your own passwords to enjoy a variety of streamed entertainment.
The space
When you’re done exploring Phoenix, you can cook meals together in the gourmet kitchen, sip wine in the large family room, or relax in the outdoor dining area. And there’s plenty to keep your loved ones entertained, multiple board games, 7 televisions, and 2 SUPER NINTENDOS stocked with all your old favourite games.

KITCHEN: We want you to feel right at home, so we've stocked the kitchen with everything you'll need to cook, serve, and entertain. It has a large backless stove, a large oven, dishwasher, and built-in microwave to make it easier to prepare meals for large groups. A large island provides plenty of room for prepping and chatting with guests. There are plenty of pots, pans, plates, and silverware for you to use, as well as two coffee makers and a teakettle. The kitchen's warm lighting and bright white cabinetry provide an open and inviting atmosphere.

LIVING ROOM: Kick back and relax with your friends and family in the spacious living room with a gigantic leather sectional with two recliners with USB charge ports. Two extra recliner chairs allow you to sit back and relax. Or, you can talk with the cooks in the kitchen while they're hard at work. The space is designed to be comfortable for everyone.

DINING ROOM: The space is great for hosting family dinners and functions. The large dining room table seats 8-10 guests and we’ve hidden an extra table with benches in the family room. Take a look at the mirror which has been placed there for you to capture you all at meal time and post all your great memories on social!

POOL AREA: Welcome to paradise! Our warm and welcoming resort-style outdoor area boasts a gigantic heated pool with an extended deck! Multiple sun loungers and out door sun lounging bed, making it the perfect place to relax and soak up some rays.

PUTTING GREENS: Let the good times roll! Practice your put with friends and family at 4 unique putting greens to help you get ready for your elite golfing weekend


BEDROOMS: Each room was designed to give a specific vibe and help you walk into a place of excitement and intrigue. We had so much fun carefully designing each space to be fun, functional, and beautiful!

BEDROOM 1 THE REVIVAL ROOM This large room features a private ensuite bathroom, separate tub, and shower. Private washer dryer. Coffee counter with Keurig coffee cups, soaring vaulted ceilings, and creative sage green feature wall. It white and bright and overlooks both the pool and Falcon Hill Park. The room is meant to revive your soul!

BEDROOM 2 THE BETHEL ROOM Your spacious room features a King-Size Bed, and the ensuite bathroom has a soaking tub and shower. The room also includes a smart TV, so you can watch your favorite shows or movies.

BEDROOM 3 – THE BARBIE ROOM - You'll stay in a bright and sunny room overlooking the park. Closet features dress up clothes for your kids including shoes, tiaras, and multiple dresses. One full bed, one single bed, and one convertible couch bed decorate this room so the whole family can have fun! The kids will watch their favourite shows favorite shows on t smart TV.

BEDROOM 4 – THE CHANEL ROOM - This room features Comfy King Sized bed, and smart TV smart TV, and overlooks the gorgeous Falcon Hill Park.

BEDROOM 5 – THE CANADA ROOM – Welcome to the room of Canadian whimsy. Celebrating all of the aspects of Canadiana. Warm King Sized bed and walk in closets make this a special and memorable space!

BEDROOM 6 – THE MARIO ROOM – Featuring two super Nintendos, loaded with many of those blast-from-the-past games, you’ll actually enjoy playing video games with your little one on two gaming chairs with two separate smart TVs. Room includes one full, two singles, one toddler mattress, and a single mattress in the closet.


LAUNDRY: There are two laundry rooms with 2 large-capacity washers and 2 large Capacity dryers. There is also an iron and small ironing board.

OFF STREET PARKING: Driveway parking for 3-4 Cars. Please do not park on the street.

COMPUTER / WORK SPACE: Includes high speed internet.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property, there are no shared spaces.

We will provide you with a keypad code to access the home 24 Hours before booking. After each guest checks out, we update the code so that no one else has access to it.

Check-in is at 4 P.M. and check-out is at 10 A.M.
