Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.

Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the second floor. This suite has been remodeled to include beautiful upgraded furniture, tile, cabinets, and more! Furnished with a king size bed, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!

The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. The gentlemen at the front desk was welcoming and helpful during check-in and throughout our stay. The location of the property was excellent for going to Old Town, access to freeways and grocery stores. Pool is small but was warm and clean. We were a bit disappointed in the lack of dishes and silverware in the kitchen (4 plates, 4 bowls, 4 small plates and 4 of each piece of silverware). In addition, we stayed for 5 nights and were given a small disk of soap, a small bottle of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. When we asked for more the front desk did get some for us but also said, "they don't normally give extra."

Peaceful stay, great location

Beautiful place to stay,great people and amenities were well kept. Would recommend for short or long term stays. Office closes at 4 so dont be late for check in. Continental breakfast supplied but is limited and often gone if you are not there early but we made our own so it did not matter. The location is perfect, close to everything and the greeenway is great for a short or long walk or bike ride. We would come back here for sure.

Overall I was quite happy with the stay at Scottsdale park and suites, it was a nice quiet place next to the park. My bed was clean as well as the rest of the suite. While I only spent most of my time in the bedroom and bathroom, I could whole heartedly recommend a stay at this establishment
