Great hotel

Great hotel right on the boardwalk. Some parts are a little tired but they are renovating and those rooms are gorgeous. I’d stay here again

Beach view was double booked waited three days before the other people left no service whatsoever just for people coming off the ships. Staff was ignorent never help if you handicap the shower basin in room the water ran away from drain no Tamala other then knife and fork only two room looks half ass liveable the other room they have lifts no one help with your language and the taxis run bye a bunch of croc's the are one big scams like the mobs stay away from this organize gangs no parking after I rented a car

This is the place to stay in Philipsburg!

This hotel has everything! Nice rooms, great pool, excellent location, great bar. The bar staff is AWESOME. Everyone is so nice. The grocery store next door is great and serves a delicious breakfast. I am very glad we booked Seaview Beach Hotel!

Location is great! BUT… rooms are not as they are shown. We had a terrible, very outdated room, very small…not comfortable at all. Bathroom… minimal towels (only 2 shower towels, no hand towels, no facecloths, and not much TO. Very disappointed! Asked for a better room / not available (but hotel seemed empty). Hotel seems to cater to day guests from shops more than PAYING hotel guests.
