The pool and pool service was amazing. The staff were extremely courteous. The spa/nail salon was very pleasant. One drawback was the local roads, unsafe near the airport, limited dining choices within walking distance of the hotel.

The staff were terrible, slow, Unhelpful and impolite. 30 minutes to get a drink, 55 minutes to get served. Constant booming music from 11am to 10pm used to drown out the noise of the aircraft which shook the building. Pictures of the hotel are deceptive. The staff did not care.the Manageress at check in was rude. The rooms were clean, but failed to be ready on a prearranged time. This is barely s 1 star hotel.avoid at all costs.

We loved the ocean front property and all of its amenities. We enjoyed the spa services, breakfast poolside as well as lunch. Pricing was reasonable and although they were in the midst of repairs every effort was made to accommodate. The music was extremely loud at night and wchos up into the rooms due to design. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will return.

The hotel is a great facility located in a great area of the island. The facility is nice near Maho beach. The only thing I will say needs to improve is the response of the staff for creating an unforgettable experience. Even though they were nice with their guests, looks like very few of them are asking if you need any help when they observe you need assistance.
