I booked 2 queens with an ocean view as I'm traveling with a life-long friend not my girlfriend. We were told they only had a King Room with a pullout sofa or 2 queen in 106 - that was it completely sold out even though it was prepaid. I didnt want to sleep on a pullout sofa for $400 a night so took the 2 queens - what a mistake!!! The room is located next to their kitchen or maintenence...we were up all night. The Manager needs to sleep a night in this room before they decide to rent it again. The $50 gift card they gave doesn't make up for the last night of a wonderful vacation being TERRIBLE!!!! I'm curious how they decide who they're going to screw over is my main question????
