Ocean view and location were the wins however there were so many upsets The phone in the room wasn’t working The housekeeping was not great. Upon checking there was hair in the bathroom sink, on the floor in the room etc The first OV room we were in had rust stains in the bath tub. That really grossed us out The second room had a peeled bath tub. Honestly the bathtub was outdated. Not 4 star at all TV and furniture extremely outdated. Hadn’t seen a dvd player in 10 years

The property was very nice, clean and beautiful. The beach area was very nice with huts for shade. Plenty of chairs to relax in. The pool area was cleaned everyday and not crowded. The jewelry shop owner was the nicest man. Easy to talk to with no pressure to purchase anything. Several restaurants with good food and drinks I would definitely come back to this resorts.

The Sunset SPA is very expensive but the services/massages/body scrub/Vichy shower are terrible. It's not worth the price. I was supposed to get 1 1/2 hours for the Vichy shower/body scrub/massage but the services provided were sloppy and hurried. I only got less than 1 hour. For $190 that's considered a scam. So please avoid the Sunset Spa at all costs. The manager or receptionist also accused us of being late but we were 30 minutes early. The Sunset Spa put a dampness to my vacation.

The welcome greeting was awesome. The property was clean . My tub had chips in it. The toilet is a bit low but all in all the ocean view was amazing. Location was great nice beach. Lovely property. When booking I booked "The villa at simpson bay resort " that side gives free wifi . If you book simpson bay resort and marina you'll have to pay for wifi. Overall beautiful.

Very convenient location. Grocery store on site, great restaurants just steps outside the property. Awsome sunset views. Private beach, various pools and additional restaurants to choose from. The staff was very friendly and goes the extra mile to accommodate. Did not like the $6 per person per day for guests to use the gym.

I enjoyed my stay here, I visited May 2025 for my birthday and Mother’s Day. I had a blast! I had the 2 bedroom villa. The villa was spacious, nicely decorated, Beautiful ocean views overlooking the balcony. Fully loaded kitchen if you want to cook, comfortable beds. This resort is in the perfect location if you like to explore, it’s close to everything. My friends and I enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

We stayed in the villas had a beautiful view and room was kept spotless as well as resort. The resort itself is huge but villas are in very convenient location close to all. A lot of activities can be booked right at hotel. Resort is huge and pavement not the best for older people. I would stay again found the resort spotless staff kind and close to mullet beach which is amazing.
