Had to stay for one night due to flights being cancelled and former resort not having accommodations. They had only one resistant open- the buffet. It was $45 per person and they had only seven types of foods, plus empty salad bar. They had NOTHING else available and still charged full price. Even staff who were not allowed to adjust our bill was surprised at the cost. Speaking with the manager at the restaurant was unhelpful and he was very rude and short. Aside from the food issue and rude staff, the room was clean and pools and views were beautiful. Disappointed because I would have liked to stay here again given how nice and clean rooms are but will pass due to the issues we had.

Great Stay for Anniversary Trip

I loved The beach at Divi. Even went to Maho and did not like the rocks in the water … Divis beach was calm water with soft but very soft sand. There was plenty to do and eat. Gizmo the parrot was definitely the best unexpected guest that made the stay even more memorable. I chose The room next to the infinity pool and conveniently across Seabreeze. I would Definitely stay here again on another visit to the island.

We booked a BEACH FRONT room as we always do when traveling to the Caribbean, but when we got there they told us they were under renovation. They said they UPGRADED us to their Oceans, which was not an upgrade. The room may have been newer, but it was FAR away from the beach and up on the 3rd floor. Our room view was not ideal either as we looked down at the resort roofs. Very unhappy with how this was handled. They should have never allowed us to book beach front if they scheduled renovation. Or they should have notified us prior to our trip.

Location was excellent! Snorkeling was fantastic right off the beach. Ft. Amsterdam was beautiful! This place is perfect. I opted for all inclusive. If you’re not drinking it’s not worth the price.

Went for our honeymoon. Had a horrible experience on the way where we were almost kicked out of a taxi for not being able to use PayPal to pay. Our phones were not working, so not the resort’s fault at all. When we did get to the resort, we waited 20 minutes to check in. Everyone was nice, but the resort was dirty and under construction. Limited all inclusive food options. We were there during off season, but there were hardly any activities on the resort. We needed to leave early due to a family emergency, and were unable to get a refund even though we were there for less than 12 hours. Even if we were able to stay, we were not fans.

The only thing I would like to mention is that we booked a room with a kitchen, but it didn’t have an electric pot, a rice cooker, or a pressure cooker. So, since my son eats beans, we were never able to prepare food for him. It’s just common sense that if a room has a kitchen, it should come with all types of pots.
