Wasn’t informed at the time of booking that it was under full renovation. Which I would have liked to know. I also was not given a key. I had to be walked up to my room every single time. The room it self was clean. When I was asked to cancel my room because I wasn’t informed that I couldn’t even get a key for my stay cause they were doing a renovation I was told I would get charged cause it’s less than 24 he notice. Which is crazy. It also snowed the night before my check in. When I checked in at 3 no one shoveled the snow and there was no lie 3 inches of ice at night time because no one shoveled.

A staff member was extremely rude and unwilling to assist with an unfortunate room change error and offered no additional help or assistance regarding an error made by one of the staff members! The offered reconciliation was my deposit offered back which was already due to be returned in the next few days! Overall my stay was clean but the tone set by that staff never was extremely uncomfortable.

Building was under construction and not ideal for occupancy. Room was dirty, hair in the sink, dirt/dust on the floor. Had to call to get let in the lobby in order to check in. Probably only 1 or 2 other guests there at that time. Definitely not worth the money that they charged for the room.

The room is rundown. The carpet had worn spots. Doors were missing from the cabinets. The paint on the bathroom ceiling was peeling. The bed seemed smaller than a queen, and the pillows were so thin. The smoke alarm as falling out of the ceiling. I would not stay here again!

Pros: The room was clean and convenient to the exit. The staff were very pleasant. I was in the 1st floor and it was very quiet. Breakfast is only coffee and pre-packaged muffins. Cons: There were no pots, pans, dishes or coffee pot in the room. You have to go to the front desk to order them. (No charge) I'm glad my son was with me because trying to carry. A dish rack, pot, pan, plates, bowls, mugs, coffee pot, utensils and dishes clothes alone would have been horrible. Out of two burners only one worked. The dresser didn't have the fronts to them and they were in horrible condition. The faucet in the tube ran all night long. The upside is I was told they would be starting renovations the next day. I witnessed it myself. There was a large crew removing old beds and furniture. The staff did apologize in advance for any loud noises or banging. I didn't hear anything. Funny enough. I was only there because I was having renovations to my house.

I stayed here 2 nights. My room was clean. That's the only compliment I have. It was very dated. I didn't have a phone in my room to call the front desk. When you hit the information tab on the television to tell you about the hotel and things in the area, the screen was blank. The outlets didn't have built in charging ports, so I had to buy a plug to go into the outlet. Water pooled around my feet when I showered each day. Housekeeping did not come make the bed or empty the trash neither day, yet they had a tipping envelope on the desk. "Breakfast" wasn't breakfast; it was a small storage buffet with muffins or a protein bar and coffee/tea that you take back to your room to eat. In their defense, they were starting a renovation project so hopefully they fix some of the things aforementioned.
