When I made the room reservations, I my cancellation option indicated that breakfast was free. However, when I visited the breakfast bar, I was told the opposite, breakfast was not free and there was a cost involved. I chose to skip breakfast and checked out approximately 8:45 a.m. Was disappointed that breakfast came at a cost.

I will never stay at this hotel ever. I am not allowed to be specific on here but what I will say is don’t do it. The upper management customer service is terrible and I’ve never been treated like this. Not only was I treated poorly but they took my money for a four night stay. Do the math.

As a frequent traveler, and a Bonvoy Member, I will never stay at this particular hotel ever. I paid for three reservations and did not stay due to family tragedy. They kept my money and basically said so sad not sorry.

Staff was very unfriendly, finally got a room hours later than check in and the door was broken, they came to fix it we finally got in and it smelled like cigarettes when it was specifically a no-smoking room. Told staff and they agreed but said no other rooms were available. Went to our event and came back again to our key not working and a different person at the desk. I requested a new key and all he asked for was a room number and gave me new key. When I asked if he needed my ID, which was in my hand, or a last name anything he said no and didn't care when I told him that was inappropriate and unsafe. Love Marriott but would never recommend this particular location due to staff, cleanliness and safety
