We just loved checking with BB who made checking in fun and easy. Her spirit was just delightful and caring something you just do not see to much of anymore. Overall everyone was wonderful. Your bartender was also a delight Christina.

We had enjoyed our stay the prior year and decided to come back. This stay was a good bit less pleasant: 1. Our original room smelled from gas or paint fumes. We went downstairs right after checking in to ask for a room switch. This was accommodated. We were provided with the new room number and a key. The new room smelled much better. However, for some reason, the room switch wasn't recorded on their system. The following night at 10PM while my wife and I were sleeping, somebody tried to enter our room, pushing the door in with only the door latch we set preventing them from entering. I woke up to find out who was trying to access our room. It was the front desk. They had the room indicated on their system as empty and were trying to find out who was in there. Perhaps there was a system error beyond their control, but I think this could have been handled much better. The whole situation really scared us. 2. The bathroom shower had a shoddy design. The door swung inward and wouldn't stay closed. Therefore, when taking a shower, you were always hitting against the door or the pole against the wall. It was very uncomfortable. It felt like a rushed door repair or shoddy initial construction. 3. There were a lot of younger children at the hotel. Not their fault and the kids were just having fun. However, after 11PM at night, we felt as though the noise should have been toned down. 4. The breakfast buffet was good. Probably the best part of our stay.

Great customer service. However the shower needed some additional cleaning love especially the shower head. I left instructions for my room to be cleaned when I left Saturday afternoon, came back and it wasn’t. Overall cute hotel.

he front desk staff were very friendly at check in. Room service is hard to navigate, and specific menu for this was inaccessible. We just kind-of asked the staff over the phone if they had certain types of entrees. The shower was broken with low water pressure. Water was then cold or lukewarm. Handle of closet was completely broken. The hotel just looks like it needs some TLC to charge the prices we paid. We ended up leaving after one night because I didn’t want to bathe our kids in the stained, barely working tub. The beds were clean and comfy, though!

Our hotel room, although spacious with a comfortable bed had a sofa that was so worn/or broken that the cushions caved in. The door to our hotel room and bathroom were all chipped and damaged.
