The room had a terrible smell there was hair on the sheets and pillows the heat didn’t work and it was cold shower was nasty I left 20 mins after leaving and they refused to give me a refund saying

The room has been neglected for years. Peeling paint, missing tiles. Rusted, dilapidated furniture, fridge & microwave. The place is a disgrace and should not be a Red Roof franchise. We have used Red Roof for several years and have been happy with our experience. But this was shameful.
