Unappealing suburb & exterior - dry, no garden, no undercover parking for hot conditions. The room was comfortable, clean, sizeable & pleasant.

-The bed was old and very uncomfortable- I had to sleep on the floor. -There was a noise in the ceiling in our room, both in the evening and early morning. Birds? Mice? -Breakfast offerings were extremely limited. -There are 6 guest rooms in a suburban house and rooms are adjacent with only plaster board in between. You hear everything that happens in the house such as doors opening and shutting, footsteps, talking, toilet flushing. -The worst accomodation that I’ve ever stayed in.

This establishment is great to stay at and is near the CBD, airport and other amenities. There is a driver who will drop you to the airport which is very convenient. The only couple of things i didn't like was my bed was umoveable, so when i dropped my ear plugs due to exhaustion from travelling, i had to bother the owner.There was also only fruit for breakfast for individuals who are gluten intolerant sych as myself which was disappointing. Apart from these two minor issues, i enjoyed my stay and would stay again with this lovely family run establishment.
