The owner / proprietor was so accommodating and I woke him up at 1:00 AM to check in and he was such a good sport about it and the next day he bought me a Coke and thanked me for staying there. Now there are much fancier places to stay in the area but you are made to feel like family for the entire stay and you cant get that anywhere else!

Property is older but it is clean and in safe area. Above all else, the owners have invested in new mattresses and great bedding. Very comfortable. Last, frontdesk staff was fantastic.

The staff at the property were very accommodating and attentive to all of our needs. My only complaint, but it’s a big one, is that the room was very rundown and needs to be updated. The walls look dirty the corners of the room look dirty and overall, it wasn’t a very comfortable stay. The bathroom smelled like mold and mildew. Also, there are deadbolts on the door, but none of the locks that are only latched from inside which made me a little nervous during our stay.

Room had no view but everything else, was perfect. We were able to walk to several restaurants. It is a very nice.

The check in was super fast. But the walls are very thin. I could hear the tv in the room next to me till 2am. Also very close to the Main Street so you can hear the traffic going by very early in the morning. I wouldn’t stay again

Fine value for the price: working tv, clean, safe. Next time I’m in Payson I’ll likely stay somewhere more rural, as there isn’t much going on in the town. The Buffalo Bar across the street is cool but closes at 9pm.

The room was spacious. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and professional. It seemed to me that the room was recently refurbished. I didn't like the TV though. It was a streaming service. It made me realize that I will stay with the cable service that I have at home. On the whole, it was a good experience. Oh, yes, it was right next to Denny's. I would stay there again if in the area.

A rustic look, tree trunks for awning supports. The room was small but exactly what we needed. Comfy bed, bathtub/shower, TV, microwave, fridge, cold AC. Manuel was friendly and helpful.

The hotel proprietor, the person on duty, was awesome. He was sweet and he was kind and he was sympathetic and just all around a really great guy. The property on the other hand, needa some work. Lots of drywall damage, lots of caulking to patchwork problem areas. Lights flickered on and off on their own and not in a haunted way, just in a bad electrical grid way. On our second night, the large bathroom mirror completely fell off the wall and shattered glass everywhere. Luckily no one was hurt. It looks like the bottom brackets, little plastic hooks that were holding the mirror, just broke. The proprietor was awesome and helping to clean up and even brought us a little makeup mirror to use so again, the people working there are awesome, the property is quite dilapidated.
