The carpet was not clean. The room is so dusty. Like the space, only 1 elevator that works. To borrow the cart i need to leave my ID. the 2nd time the cart was old and it so hard to move around.

Our room was dirty , hair , pupit hair in our bed . Someone face on our pollows both of them. Food crumb in our room floor , hallway , elevator was dirty. Restroom was dirty floor needed to be mop with Clean Pine solo / bleach water . They CHARGE ME RESORT FEE $60.oo per night Dont have Resort Standards ..

Advertised amenities were a joke. Bowling alley league during our stay so that wasn’t available. Arcade had all kinds of issues games not working, credits taken when game didn’t work etc and then the pool was closed for cleaning… all day.
