Quiet location

We needed a short stay in Phuket after our late arrival to catch an early ferry to Ao Nang. The Kiwi Hotel fit the bill nicely. The location was excellent for us, on a quiet street and around the corner from restaurants and a convenient store. It is a bit of a walk to the Main Street on the beach but that ensured a calm and quiet night.

Comfortable stay

Room is big. And balcony is also huge. Loved the view from the balcony. We stayed in room 401. Washroom fittings need to be changed such as broken toilet seat cover, head shower knob is faulty, plastic soap case is broken. Almirah door is broken in some points and has bad smell. Other than that all thing is good compare to what we have paid. Location is near to patong beach, which is a added advantage. Food carts near to hotels costs us less compare to that of beachside carts.

I use two kanes for walking. They gave me the room 0n fifth floor without any accessibility of elevators .my request was denied for first and second floor. Terrible experience.
