Amazingly friendly hotel

Very nice hotel in Patong. Very friendly staff and the rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable. Loved the roof top bar and pool which had great views across the bay. Breakfast was exceptionally good with lots of options

Lovely hotel

Lovely staff and hotel. Windows onto the inner courtyard not so good so I found it noisy in the evening. Staff accommodated me by changing the room.

Overall good stay

The Zenseana is located about a third of a mile from the beach. You can easily walk to Patong beach. The bathrooms and showers were very nice and we enjoyed the rooftop pool and cafe. The beds are very firm. The air conditioning was either too cold or off. The light switches were difficult to use. The breakfast choices were adequate. The staff was very helpful in calling a taxi when we needed one.

Not my vibe, it says is a 4* hotel which for me doesn't seem right, old furniture and communication with hotel is barely existing, I be tried numerous times to contact them And no one replied on this app.is very chaotic and doesn't look like a 4* hotel at all.

Great location in Patong. We had a two room deluxe suite. Unfortunately the toilets are not suitably private for families with glass doors. The front desk lady was exceptionally rude on checking out which has soured our experience.

This hotel is ill-advertised. We stayed there for only 1 night of the 5 booked and had to lose money, unfortunately as we got no refund or help from Expedia or the hotel. First, the hotel is very near a mosque that starts praying at 5am. That woke me up! Second, My room was on the 6th floor. Very loud Music was playing from morning till night from the pool area on the 7th floor. Impossible to relax. Third, the room was advertised and sold as a deluxe room but there were two mattresses joined together uncomfortably instead of one big mattress. I complained about it and nothing was done. I would never recommend anyone who wants a relaxing holiday in Phuket to stay at this hotel. The staff wasn’t helpful. Neither was Expedia! I will never book with Expedia every again!
