We really enjoyed our stay and trip to New York thanks to the incredible staff at Westgate Grand Central. Matthew was especially helpful, and so was everyone else we interacted with. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond. Since we got there before our room was ready, they held our bags so we could start exploring the city and enjoy some attractions instead of waiting around. When our flight was unexpectedly cancelled at the end of our trip, they once again made a stressful situation so much easier. They gave us helpful suggestions and advice, made sure we were all set for our next destination, held our bags while we went to lunch, and even helped us get a taxi. The rooms were clean, very nice, and a great size for four adults. The sofa bed could have been a little more comfortable, but that was our only minor complaint. The hotel’s location is perfect… the surroundings are beautiful and not as busy ….close to everything and just a short walk to the subway, making transportation around the city quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again!

When booking I was truly a bit apprehensive. I’d never stayed at. Hard Rock property and didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised and in awe of the hotel. It was beautiful from the moment you enter the building with helpful staff, well appointed and comfortable rooms, and ideal location!

Very clean with nice sized rooms but there was an unmistakeable damp odor and the a/c wasn’t cold enough. would not stay again.
