I liked the Junior Suite arrangement, since we were traveling with our 21 year-old. But there are few surfaces in the bathroom in an accessible bathroom, I guess. We were disappointed to be offered your signature warm cookies on arrival, and forgot to ask on later days. Nice amenities, and I wish I could have used the pool - another time. Too busy with family for Thanksgiving...

Everything was perfect except for the ripped upholstery on the chair. Perhaps this was an oversight. I suggest management look into the furniture in room 527. But this withstanding our 5 nights stay very good and will consider staying here again.

Room was clean and fresh. Carpet in corridor was well maintained and smelt fresh throughout my stay
