Perfect spot for us. It was in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes to 3 metro stations, we got everywhere. We loved walking to Parc Monceau, food markets, boulangeries, and even to a show at Salle Playel. Most of what you might need is walkable. Staff was helpful and English speaking. Lots of sweet touches, for example the cleaning person always took a minute to set up my daughter's stuffed animals in cute arrangements on the bed. All I can say, we loved our stay.

There is an intimate, personal service at this hotel that I find charming. I felt like they tried to please each guest based on his/her individual needs. We choose 2 twin beds. They were comfortable. It was a small, tight room. We were given an option to upgrade to a more spacious room but we opted to keep what we had. If there was one negative, the toilet space is very small but we made do. I would return.

The stay was fantastic, the small room charming. But the staff really made it a wonderful stay. They helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make sure every day was special. Would definitely recommend to family and friends — and certainly plan on returning. Thank you for making the trip special.

About 15 stairs up to tiny elevator ( expected) but with lots of heavy luggage and a husband with disabilities, not ideal. Rooms also very small but Stefan does everything. Checks you in,takes your bags up and down the stairs to your room, gets your breakfast order and calls you a cab! He is awesome!

I had a wonderful 6-night stay in Paris. As expected, hotel prices in the city can be quite high, but this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was small but very clean and well-organized. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful. I had a bad cold during the first two days and asked the manager for hot water each day—he kindly remembered and kept checking in on me later in the week, which I really appreciated. He also recommended several great restaurants nearby—although I didn’t have time to try them all, I’ll definitely check them out next time! Breakfast was also great—croissants and baguettes were my favorites. Overall, friendly staff, good service, and a clean stay. Definitely recommend!

Our stay at new orient

The hotel was comfortable and clean and in a good location for transport and restaurants and the tourist attractions. I would recommend. Our comfort room was basic and quite small but fine for one nights stay. The man on reception on arrival was helpful and got us a taxi and we could leave our bags on checkout until we needed them later on. The breakfast was basic but ok.
