Quaint, lovely hotel. Rooms are small, hence “cosy”. We had an issue with our key reader, but the staff were kind to us when we asked for help. Great recommendations for nightlife and general directions/things to do from the concierges.

Great service, cute hotel, clean and accommodating. The only downfall was some locals can be quite loud at night and location was not as convenient as we’d hoped to major locations around Paris . However would definitely consider again

The great location made up for the noise and extra small room. Elevators are very small. I am petite and I barely could go up with my partner and I’d luggage in the elevator (partner had to go up by stairs) Location was a touch confusing as there are two Avalon named hotels in the area. The cosy which is what we booked looked much better than the other one by far.

The service we from the staff was excellent from check in to check out. Some of he best we have ever received. A special thank you to the lady on reception who was especially friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. No complaints at all

The hotel took a security deposit against my card, despite paying in full. The deposit has still not been returned having checked out. They have sent me proof, but overall it leaves a bad impression. I won’t be returning for this reason.

Lovely comfortable hotel v close to Gare du Nord

A few minutes walk from Gare du Nord which is why I chose it. Small intimate hotel. V friendly helpful staff. Bedroom and bathroom newly refurbished and were very comfortable and clean. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.

Avalon Cosy hotel

Amazing little hotel just a few minutes walk from gare du nord station. Staff were so polite and friendly and the room was fully stocked with toiletries, hairdryer and slippers. Also had a kettle with tea, coffee etc and a safe. You could also help yourself to hot drinks and sweets at the reception area. Our room was compact but beautifully decorated, the shower was powerful and hot and the bed was really comfortable. Luckily I had read a previous review and didn't confuse this hotel with the Avalon Hotel which is just round the corner. This will now be our go to hotel whenever we visit Paris

A sweet hotel to stay in Paris

The location is perfect. Staff is friendly. The re-charge corner at lobby is marvellous. It provides bottled water, coffee, tea and snacks for this trip. The bed we had was half soft and half hard. You can choose which side to sleep on. The sad thing is they forgot to tidy our room during our two-night booking. Highly recommended. Would definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay @ AC. Its in a excellent location to get anywhere in Paris which we took full advantage of. I like the nice little touches, like the coffee machine, fruit and sweets in the reception area. All the staff whether housekeeping or on reception were warm and friendly. I woukd stay here again, but next time i would try and get a bigger room as its a bit snug.

First time going to Paris even if it was for one night, I really did enjoy this hotel. Me and my friend did arrive early for check in but the staff was very helpful with leaving our bags with them while we explore the city. When we came back our luggage and bags were in the room. The whole room was beautiful with the balcony view of the city. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again when I visit

A gem near Gare du Nord

A real gem, near the Gare du Nord. The service was excellent, very welcoming. Complimentary coffee in the lobby. Nice decor.

The name s cosy but the hotel has nothing to fo with quietness at all, think walls you hear the lift in the corridor and the next door rooms, the windows are not isolated enough so i was listening to all the street noises and conversation

Small boutique hotel in a bustling location in the 10th arrondisement near Gare du Nord. My room was small but was very clean and bed was very comfortable, and was relatively quiet. I would definitely return.
