Le personnel parle a peine français, la porte de douche est cassée, il n' y a pas assez de papier toilette, il y a un trou au milieu de la chambre (!!!). Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées, on entend les autres chambres. Le radiateur ne marche pas bien...

For an inexpensive hotel in a good location this was tolerable. The elevator was broken The winding stairway was steep and narrow. The bed was relatively comfortable, but lacked a mattress pad under the sheet. There was a noticeable depression in the floor covered by the very worn, dirty carpet.The private bathroom had a very tiny shower. The staff was nice.

They should close the hotel or sell it to another company that’s going to manage it properly. Everything was UGLY, DIRTY, BROKEN AND DAMAGED AND ALSO DANGEROUS. They also never returned the “city tax” even when we left 5 days earlier. The hotel is in Montmartre but it’s HORRIBLE! Don’t walk… RUN!!

The washroom was OK, and the location very good (close to Sacre Coeur). But the carpet was dirty, with black stains from mould. The elevator and the TV set in our room were not working, and they were only fixed the last day of our stay (we stayed 6 nights).

Great neighbourhood, but on a VERY busy street. So it's really loud and there's not much you can do for sound dampening. The hotel is really great, but definitely needs some TLC. Things are quite rundown/broken, the bed wasn't very comfortable because the mattress sagged so much for example.

We were created by a quiet but efficient desk manager. Check in was quick and friendly. The room was comfortable and modern. The desk was helpful with answering our questions and arranging transportation to the airport at checkout. A good value.

I wouldn't stay here

This hotel needs a complete overhaul, from the moment we got to our room the door lock was booked, then the walls and ceiling were mouldy and water damaged, the carpet was threadbare and only one shutter opened on the window. The shower stopped working while using and then came on and scalded you. The hook that held the shower up was broken. Metal corner trim on the wall was hanging out and scraped my leg. The bed sheet as much as it was clean it was torn The area is a little scary of an evening.
