Unfortunately, the whole hotel is currently under construction. Cables hanging from the ceiling in the hallways, noisy construction activities starting during weekdays from 8am onwards. Also some mold in the shower. Staff was very friendly though. I feel the hotel should be closed for the renovation. I wasn't aware of that when I booked. Accordingly, the actual appearance of the property was quite different from what was promised on Expedia.

Great for Families
Impeccable location for kids because it felt safe and has many restaurants just out the door. We could enjoy eating out and have a short walk back at night to return to our room. It’s true that the cielings in the hallways have exposed wires and seem to have ongoing work being done but the bedroom was clean, updated, great mattresses and big showers. There were some light moldy spots on the ceiling above the shower, but wouldn’t stop me from staying there again. Staff was great. Good breakfast.

Great location in the left bank with easy transportation to all central Paris and within walking distance to Notre Dame, Louvre etc. Lots of shops and cafes/restaurants in the neighborhood. Friendly staff. It is basic but serves well as a homebase for visiting Paris.

Nothing fancy in the lobby, friendly staffs are helpful. Property is dated, the flooring in the hallway is dated and not well kept. The room is clean, space is small but adequate for two people. Bathroom is clean. Sound proof in this property is sub standard, we can hear people walking in the hallway and doors opening and closing,. When other guests knocking on their door, it sounds like someone knocking on our door, especially at night. Foods served in breakfast were adequate, there's a coffee machine that serves all type of coffee, juices and yogurts are available, bread, cheese and cold cuts are fresh. Breakfast room and silverware are very clean.
