The staff at Citadines Les Halles Paris was great. The staff was always friendly. They were going to give us a room on the 2nd floor, but we wanted something on a higher floor. There was a small delay, & after a little bit of pressing on my part, they gave us a room on the 4th floor. Great view!! The room was clean & had a small kitchen. The bathroom was spacious & the shower was wonderful.

Great to have a small kitchen area . Enjoyed making breakfast and light dinners in our room and grocery shopping like a local at the nearby Monoprix. Our big meal of the daywas lunch at one of the hundreds of great restaurants so close by .

Very central area and has a good nightlife for eating out or drinking on a patio late at night. One thing we were unaware, surprised about was that it’s a self service hotel and daily turn downs/fresh towels/linens were not included. But they had a self service room to refresh towels and whatever you needed. We honestly didn’t mind it at all and preferred not having a maid come in daily. There was also a fully stocked kitchenette with a stovetop and dishwasher so you’re able to cook a small meal if you like. Concierge was great and always helpful. As it’s located outside a square, it can get loud at night for young kids but overall a fun and lively spot. Would recommend.

No cleaning service unless stay for 6 days . Paying for a daily cleaning fee is just different. Also having to go and get your own bath supplies is not normal for American travelers. And the ac is locked / doesn’t kick on you will sweat at night

Professional, helpful staff. Two different views and ambience available 1 quieter side or 2 view of the square. Free cafe, latte, cap, espresso, tea. Kitchenette with fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, cups, cuttery. Heart of all food and shopping, walkable to museums and a long walk to tower. A/c like many places is ok ( not bad) for one small person, bearable prior to heat waves early july. It goes to 18.5 but at night was nice. But ut want too hot outside. Have not gone in heat wave season to know. Beautiful renovated shower glass, 2 shower heads and easybto use dials. Comfy bed and light duvet. Fully open balcany doors no nets no bugs when i went. Housekeeping once per week but fully available towels and soap if needed. Gym, meeting room and tables. Pets welcome, but no not leave in room when you are not there. Possible fee, check website or call. Would stay again !

My mom and I stayed here for a week. It was our first time in Paris. This hotel was wonderful. It was in a really great location in the first arrondissement. Only 12 minutes’ walk from Notre Dame and maybe 15 minutes’ walk from the Louvre. The staff were so warm and helpful and spoke English. The hotel was very clean and bright. Our room was a studio with a kitchenette. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Our room opened onto the square the Fountain des Innocents - very pretty.
