Loved the hotel! The staff was great! The lobby bar was never open, which seemed odd. It would have been nice to grab an evening drink! Nevertheless, it was a very nice stay with a great location!

The room is clean and comfortable. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It is 2 minutes walk to the metro, and 11 minutes by metro to Arc de Triomphe.

Hotel is well located in calm 17th area, not far from subway station and walkable distance from Parc Monceau and Arc de Triomphe. Got a room upgrade thanks to VIP program. Only thing I would like hotel to change is the curtains in the room, I like to sleep in a dark room and here it was just not possible.

Was down graded on arrival as no housekeeping to make up the other bed. No sheets or bed were available. No one at reception the next day either so just took the downgrade. Please refund the difference
