The staff was courteous but overall customer service wasn’t at the level of a 4 star hotel. Housekeeping didn’t restock our refrigerator as we were told they would. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Overall, our stay has been really great. The room was spacious for us. They honored all the request we’ve ask and we’re really grateful for that. The lady at the front desk who check us in (I forgot her name) :( was very nice and helpful. The location was superb. We were close by a metro and the bus stop. I would definitely recommend! :) I think the only improvement I might want to suggest is their breakfast buffet. I had better breakfast food from other hotels in Paris than this one. Overall, the stay was phenomenal tho.

Hotel staff was thoughtful and helpful. They all spoke English really well. Hotel is in an excellent location with shops and dining close by. They are only a few minute walk to the Champ De Mars and the Eiffel Tower.

It’s walking distance to a lot of restaurants and quick take out places. It’s very quiet, I couldn’t hear any other guest in their rooms or in hallways. I enjoyed the breakfast it was very good and the kitchen staff were very nice and welcoming. Front desk staff very helpful and nice.
