I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding the missing money, in U.S. dollars, was never taken out of the hotel. It was kept in a wallet inside a bag that we never removed from the room. When we arrived at the airport, we discovered that the money was missing from our wallets. Since the cash was never taken out of the hotel, this is very concerning. This is extremely unfair, as we paid a lot of money to stay at this hotel. Situations like this are completely unacceptable and should never happen. I ask that you fully investigate the hotel staff involved in this matter. This has been a very upsetting experience.

Location was great, price high, the actual facility was so so. hot and cold turned wrong way in shower which you find out when you take a shower and mirror was placed so you could't easily turn on faucet on for shower handle cold water. Then one floor was being refurbished during our stay so during the day a lot of noise. All in all OK, but I expected more for such a high price

Great location. The view from our balcony was spectacular, we could see the Eiffel Tower. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean just be prepared for a small room which I understand that’s typical for Paris. My only complaint was they were doing some kind of construction or renovation we were waken up by hammering and a lot of noise early in the morning. We weren’t too happy about that. Overall it was pretty good.

The hotel was spotless, and the location was absolutely perfect. I loved the view of the Eiffel Tower, which made our stay unforgettable. It was also very family-friendly, which was a big plus as I was traveling with my 9 and 11-year-old kids. The customer service at the front desk was excellent, and we all had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!
