Room is dated but clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Location is excellent near the Montmartre area and Sacre Cœur church. Breakfast was sparse but we made it work. Coffee was delicious tho. I would definitely stay again!

We stayed for two nights on the 4th floor. Appreciated the elevator! We heard no street noise at all! There were lots of restaurants around, all that had easy breakfast options for way cheaper than hotel offered. You are just one block from the base of sacre couer—location can’t be beat! 3 metro stops close by. Stayed in a triple room (queen and twin) and there was lots of space and two windows. Bathroom was a nice size. Had all we needed! Highly recommend for location and price.

Absolute dump. Quite sketch. The facilities were appalling. The pillows felt like they had been filled with lumps of sawdust. The area is not ideal. It honestly gave half-house or cheap motel vibes. By far the worst place I have ever stayed.

Have no idea. We never got to paris as trains to london from bishops stortford that day were not running and the chaos that created made us miss our eurostar. I emailed the hotel but they were unwilling to change our booking and havent answered by last 2 emails

The room was clean but slightly dated. I was surprised to find that the room was refreshed daily, a practice that has left most American hotels. The neighborhood felt slightly residential but allows tourists a short walk to the hustle and bustle. Its vicinity to sacred heart church

We booked a triple room which was very spacious and so was the bathroom. It was a basic room, nothing fancy which was reflected in the price compared to other hotels in the area. But it had everything you might need and very helpful and friendly staff available 24 hours. The hotel is situated down a quiet street below Sacre coeur and in the fabric district which is great for shopping. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as we went to try some of the many restaurants in the area. We will definitely stay again.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. My stay was ruined by two major issues: bed bugs and terrible customer service. First, the room was infested with bed bugs. I woke up with bites and couldn’t sleep the rest of the night. A hotel that cannot provide a clean, safe place to sleep has failed at the most basic level of hospitality. Second, the way staff handled the situation made everything worse. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, the front desk was dismissive and unhelpful. There was no urgency, no sense of responsibility, and no attempt to make things right. If you value your health, comfort, and peace of mind, avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of hotels that actually care about their guests—this one is not it.
