We Liked the friendly staff, especially Guy, who was so helpful giving us directions and advises with a nice smile. We also, liked how the place is clean and tied. The hotel is close to public transportation and metro stations. The area is safe and nice. There are restaurants, bars and coffee shops around. The hotel also, provides complimentary snack and coffee after 2 pm.

The staff were all great - very helpful and nice. The property was clean but felt a little old. Worn carpet and wallpaper made it feel less nice than it was. My only real complaint was the late night/early morning slamming of the doors. There is no soft close. It was jarring and made it hard to sleep. Area very walkable with lots of cafes, shopping and sights to see. I didn't do a lot of walking after dark, but during the day I felt very safe.

We were warmly welcomed upon our arrival and the front desk clerk went out of her way to get us some coffee - so kind! We loved our room. The bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of space. We really appreciated the free juice. We would love to return if possible some day.
