Wonderful location! It was nice to be so close to everything. We were able to walk to most destinations and for destinations we didn’t walk to, we were right by the metro. It was such a good location that we were even able to stop back in our hotel room for a rest in between our ticket times to Musée de l'Orangerie in the morning and the Louvre in the afternoon. The location is also in a surprisingly quiet street considering tons of restaurants and cafes are just down the block. The property is a little on the dated side and our room didn’t get the most light, but everything was so clean that even with the low lighting it didn’t feel grimy or dusty at all. They also had chocolates and wine in the lobby in the afternoon, which was a nice touch. Thank you for this great experience!

Great value, great location

A very spacious and well appointed room in a fantastic location within easy walking distance of Île de la Cité. Bed was comfortable and the hotel provided a nice crib for the baby. The roller shades on the windows provide 100% blackout. Great value, great hotel, will stay there again.

Great location

Lovely hotel, very well located, very clean and tidy and nice staff. The hot water did break completely whilst we were there which was not good at all, but we have been offered some money back in compensation.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to see. It was close to the train station and we found great restaurants right around the corner. We traveled around France and Switzerland. We stayed at 5 hotels over a 4 week period. The beds at Britannique were by far the most comfortable!!

Great location and nice staff. The breakfast was good. Staff were helpful every time. Rooms on the top floor should be for small people only as the roof has angles that get in the way in the bathroom. So if you are big or tall definitely get a room below the top floor. Air conditioner in room was great. Overall I would come back again.

This was about the fifth time we have stayed at the Britannique and it's the perfect hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, breakfast excellent, the staff charming and helpful and the location is right in the centre of Paris. Highly reccomended!

Our reservation was only for one night, but we probably wouldn't go back. The hotel lobby and our room were very clean and the front desk staff were very nice. However, the room was very small. It was even hard to turn around in the shower. Within a few hours we noticed the A/C unit on the wall had been dripping water into my suitcase. Since we chose the smallest room, there was nowhere else to move the suitcase and we had to stack our things in front of the door. We let the front desk know about the dripping, but they were not able to move us to another room or fix the water dripping.
