Magnificent and spacious four bedroom apartment with a vast reception, fully equipped kitchen and a washer-dryer . Close to main metro stations (line 1, line 6, RERA ... two minutes walk) with connections and access to all parts of Paris as well as the banlieu. Easy transport to airports, train stations and coach stations that connects to all Europe. Close to all tourist destinations, 3 min walk from the Arc de Triomphe, 10 min walk from the Eiffel Tower, 10 mins by metro directly to the Louvre. Quick access to autolib stations where you can rent electrical cars, velib stations where you can rent bicycles. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, patisseries (famous French bakeries ) and pharmacies seconds away from the building . Very secure and lively area. Third floor with elevator. Everything about this rental was terrific. Great communication from host starting when I rented to when we left. The apartment was perfect for our family vacation, including 3 families for a total of 8 people. With 4 bedrooms which had plenty of room, one large bathroom, 2 toilets, and a second shower room made getting ready easy. It was equipped with all the necessities, making it easy to come in and relax after flying all day. This is definitely a great place to stay. Location is great. The host was excellent. We would stay here again. A true gem. Thanks to our host!

Nice stay in Paris

We enjoyed staying at this property. The owner was very communicative. There were plenty of products and a well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of space for family gatherings. The "air conditioning" wasn't the central system we expected and took us awhile to figure out. Since we managed to be in Paris during a heat wave, the room units weren't really up to the job.The location was great for us: easy walks to public transportation, a grocery store, restaurants, and GREAT bakery just outside the front door.

Paris Retreat

Maissa is a wonderful host. She answered all of my communication quickly before and during our visit. We were a group of 7 arriving at different times and she accommodated the first arrival at 9am after a red eye flight. The apartment is spacious, we never felt crowed and in a wonderful neighborhood.

Central Paris apartment

Great location in central Paris blocks from the Arc. Metro station a block away and plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Large, comfortable apartment with all the amenities needed for a short or long visit to Paris. Communication with the property manager was fast and easy. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Paris.

Fantastic location and so spacious!!

Our group had grandparents, daughters and teenaged grandchildren who were seeing Paris for the first time. This could not have suited our needs better. All aspects from ease of check-in to individual comfort were 5 stars excellent quality. It's a lucky visitor who finds this place.

Overall a decent place. for us, the location wasn't great. others might like it more but it was too far from what we wanted to see. The place is very large for Paris with plenty of room. It needs an update as the couches had stains and while it had been cleaned, it just needed a few new items like furniture and carpets. The decor was cluttered and dustry

Perfect Apartment

The pictures of this apartment don't do it justice! It is beautiful, comfortable, and has everything anyone would need! There were only 3 of us, so we had a lot of extra bedrooms! The bedrooms were comfortable and large, and the closets were large with lots of hangers!! Also, there were many bureaus to store your clothes. Living room was well appointed, comfortable and bright. The kitchen was fit for a gourmet cook - high end appliances, lots of dishes and pots and pans, silverware, great knives, etc. There was a good amount of coffee pods (that we replaced!!). You won't want for anything! Having a washer and dryer was a big plus for us. There is plenty of soap, dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, etc. Every room has outlets for charging all of your electronics. And there are some converters and USB ports available, too. The water pressure and availability of hot water was EXCELLENT! The little elevator was a God-send for moving our luggage. There are steps to maneuver from the elevator to the apartment, but they are wide and well carpeted. The building is very secure and we felt safe at all times. The location is great for food, shopping, access to UBER, etc. Maissa is an outstanding host. Although we did not meet her, she was always available for any questions we had. We would DEFINITELY return to this apartment were we to return to Paris. It is really a gem!

This is a lovely apartment located in a fantastic area of Paris. It was close to or easy transportation to many sights on our want to see list including the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre, and the Sacre-Coeur basilica. Four bedrooms for seven people was perfect. The host, Maissa, was very easy to contact and extremely helpful with our questions. A quiet place with great security. We highly recommend you choose this apartment for your stay in Paris!

We booked this property for two families of 4. 8 people total with 4 adults and 4 teenagers. This location was amazing and the apartment was great. The host was easy to work with as we arrived early on US flights and helping us navigate our luggage as the place was being cleaned.

A Room with a View

Spacious apartment with fabulous views of Arc de Triomphe and the broad avenue leading up to it. Easy access to metro station serving multiple lines. Host is wonderful to work with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Family Vacation in Paris

This is a perfectly located home with four large bedrooms and 1 full bath plus 1 water closet and 1 single shower with sink bathroom. Large living room perfect for family gatherings. Small but well stocked kitchen. Washer, dryer, dishwasher. Hair dryer, towels and linens. Hostess was so easy to communicate with prior and during stay. We would love to come back again. Merci!!!!

Amazing place in the heart of Paris

My family had a great stay. The amenities were abundant and thoughtful. The location was a short 10-15 minute walk to the champs elysee and arc de triomphe. Great Location, Amazing Find in Paris

This is an amazing find in the heart of Paris-- there was plenty of space, it was close to the metro and bus station, and the hosts were very responsive. The building is old and the elevator is small, so expect to go up one or two at a time, if you are a group that really needs to use it, but everything worked and it met our needs for the trip. I would highly recommend!

My retirement present!

When I retired at the end of 2021, I decided to treat myself with a trip to Paris. I met up at the apartment with 3 college friends and my partner. May I say what a delight the stay was. The accommodations were perfect even for a group of our size. It wasn't easy to find a place with four bedrooms. It has easy access to restaurants and night life. A stop for metro line 1 is just a short walk down the street And I know some of the reviews talk about noise but we didn't find it to be a problem at all. I very seldom take the time to review things so when I give it five stars across the board and rave about how great it was, you can trust me. I would return in a heartbeat to stay again!

Great location

The location was just great; two easy-to-access metro lines to downtown. The apartment was spacious and clean, though the hand sanitizer at the entrace was empty. The only drawback was that the access to the apt. was difficult, and we were not told about the fob process, and almost got locked out. The directions for the various appliances like coffee-maker, TV, and air coolers were not readily available. I would suggest writing out each of the instructions and put them right next to the appliances so that their operation is evident. Finally, I think the plumbing needs attention. Toilets needed to be flushed multiple times. Otherwise, I would recommend this place to others, with the above provisos attended to.
