The front desk clerk was rude. The toilet was missing the handle in one room and the toilt in the other room drained slowly. The swelled like sewer. One room had roaches. The location and breakfast were nice. I k ow if the manager or owner seez this message, they will send that automated IM SORRY response.

This hotel had all the ambiance of an extended stay hotel. It was shabby, stunk of cigarette smoke and had badly worn hallway carpet among other problematic issues. I'm not a happy camper that I wasted my One Key rewards points on this property which is badly in need of a renovation. The only positive was the front desk staff who were very pleasant and helpful.

The staff was some of the friendliest I have experienced, during my travels. The hotel itself is a little dated, but ultimately it was clean, and had good amenitites for the type of hotel it is.

Was washing up Sunday morning when I realized this was in all the corners of the sink. I felt ill for two days after this, but ended up being alright. A little disappointed when I told the staff they just apologized and didn’t ask if there was anything they could do to accommodate me using moldy water to wash my face and shave my head.

Room was very dirty with sticky (syrup?) still left on the cabinet tops. Beach sand was still left on the window sill and the fold out couch mattress has blood stains on it. Air conditioning unit had holes punctured into the display panel part. Some times it worked, sometimes it did not. We stayed for several days unfortunately. Hall way smelled and did not seem to be air conditioned. Went down to the front desk to left them know, and she said the cleaning crew had already left for the day. Said she would put in a complaint ticket about the blood stains, but I never heard back from anyone. At least she gave us some sheets and a thin blanket to cover it up. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I have never stayed at a Comfort Inn before and will NEVER again stay at one. This place is disgraceful !!! from the old dirty rooms to the terrible customer service and lastly cockroaches. I usually read all the reviews and do my research before booking my hotels but this one is 100 percent false advertising. We stayed for 6 nights, the first night we arrived late and tired so we went straight to bed. The following morning we saw the room had broken furniture, the tub was clogged and toilet was leaking when we asked for a new room the front desk agent said they don’t switch out rooms a maintenance man would need to fix it. He was called and thankfully it was fixed however nothing was done about the broken furniture. Breakfast is disappointing, the lady working the kitchen area Paulette, is extremely rude and unprofessional. How do you have someone working in the kitchen looking like she just rolled out of bed? Also she doesn’t wear gloves and doesn’t replenish the food. One day I asked for milk and she yelled at me because she was closing even though she still had 30 minutes before closing. The housekeeping staff is rude and always on their phone. One day they ran out of towels and we had to use little pool towels to dry up. Some towels aren’t even washed properly they still have stains on them. The last day of our stay we saw dead cockroaches the employees were too lazy to pick up. Overall this place is disgusting, don’t stay here!

The property was quiet. Staff were friendly. The only issues I had with this property were that the bed sheets seemed to be dirty and the air conditioner was running but it was not cooling off until early in the morning. Other than that we had a nice stay.
