This property is the perfect size plus Holiday Inn amenities. Everything was sparking clean and though busy, not too crowded. Perfect location on the beach close to restaurants and shopping. Loved the evening fire shows!

This resort was a wonderful place for a family vacation! The hotel rooms were comfortable, spacious, and beautiful. The morning breakfast was absolutely delicious with a huge variety of items to choose from. The bar and grill outside was a wonderful addition so we could stay at the pool all day and eat outside. The lazy river was a hit with my family, and our grandchildren loved the Disney movies playing at night by the pool. The beach was just down the ramp from the pool and we were right there enjoying the ocean. Every staff member was so friendly, very helpful, and always had a smile on their face. I would highly recommend this vacation destination!💛☀️🙌

The hotel was amazing and clean! It was a very well maintained property, and we enjoyed our stay! The beach view was incredible, the tiki bar had wonderful service, the pools were clean and well maintained, the breakfast was good, complimentary fresh cold water and tea all day, and great entertainment all day! My only small complaint was that the front desk staff was not very friendly and a bit rude.

Was on a family vacation, beach was amazing however, reserved a corner suite for my wife, myself as 3 children for 4 nights. Our phone in our room did not work our whole stay. We could not call down to the front desk for anything. Every morning i aske about it and was told that it was an external issue as was being worked on but it was never fixed so everytime we needed somethinh we had to go all the way downt stairs and ask. Also their arr only 2 elevators and its become very busy in the morning with all the guest using them at once t go to breakfast and to the pool but the service staff also used the guest elevators to transfer the floor cleaning machine from floor to floor at this time causing major delays waiting for elevators. I got stuckwaiting on them twice and it took me over 10min to get downstairs . MORE ELEVATORS would be great but at the very least they should use the service elevator for this. My toilet had trouble flushing and we had t flush it twice wverytime to get everything to go down. The cleaing staff came to our door twice at 8am for cleaing which i tought was very ealry we asked them to come back kn an hour so we could get up as dresses but both times the never came back. The bathroom fan/vent also didnt work making it very hot in the bathroom when the door had to be closed. I was pretty disappointed in what i got for the money that i payed for my room.
